Sometimes instead of anything fancy, arousing, or overwhelmingly filled with enjoyment, you simply need a place to calm down. A few minutes to forget everything around you while youre protected, being told that everything is going to be alright.
Just being able to hide your face, with all the responsibilities, worries or thoughts having vanished. Being held in the warm embrace of safety and comfort. Allowing yourself to let go completely, removing any stress or need to keep yourself together.
No matter if you cry, fall asleep, or just calm down and relax.
You can imagine any person that you want in this script. It can be your partner, your dominant or submissive, it can be me, it can be your fantasy person, maybe a family member. It can be any person you feel safe with, that you trust, and where you can let go completely as you are being guided, protected and taken care of.
Go ahead and imagine this person right in front of you right now. And as you do so, I want you to find a comfortable place as well as a comfortable and relaxing position to be in. Settle yourself down into this position and get nice and comfortable, so that you can let go completely, feeling relaxed and wonderful.
Perfect, just like that, already doing so well.
Now, take a slow and deep breath in, and slowly breathing out. Feeling, that you are stressed and that your body is under tension, acknowledging that. And becoming aware, that you need to let go.
To be able to let go completely and fully, you need to give yourself the permission to let go. Giving yourself the permission to relax. Giving yourself the permission to not have everything under control right now, but that all those things are going to be taken care of.
And not only are you giving yourself the permission, youre also being given permission to let go and relax, right now. You have permission to let go, to allow yourself to sink down and drop, forgetting about all the responsibilities, and just sinking down into comfort. Very good. Just like that.
Again, take a slow, even deeper breath right now. Slowly in, and slowly out. Becoming aware, of how much calmer, deeper and more relaxed your breathing has become. And it will only slow down and relax even more, as you drop down and relax even more yourself.
And as you continue to slowly and calmly breath, as you continue to relax and sink down, imagine how you are now slowly and gently being hugged by your chosen and trusted person. Feeling the arms slowly wrapping around your body, holding you, maybe even caressing you gently.
You can feel the warmth of the hug, of being so close. The gentleness, the warm, soft skin, maybe even hearing the breathing and rhythmic heart beats. Also feeling, how you are getting filled with this warmth, the feeling and knowledge of security and protection.
Just allow yourself to let go and letting someone else take care of you.
While sinking into those feelings, notice, how all the stress in your body, all the heavy tension in your muscles is slowly being absorbed by the warm embrace of the hug. The warm hugging with the arms wrapped around you. Absorbing and taking care of the stress and tension. Like sinking down into the warm embrace of pure comfort and relaxation.
Really allow your muscles to relax, youre being given official permission to relax and completely let go. Because youre being taken care of. Youre safe and protected.
Letting the tension in your muscles being absorbed out of your body. Letting the tension being taken care of for you, while you only sink deeper and further down into comfort and pure blissful relaxation.
The deeper you drop down, the more your whole body relaxes. The more your whole body relaxes, the deeper you sink down. Feeling how every part is gradually more and more relaxing. Your head, down your neck. Your back and chest, as well as your arms and hands right to your fingers. Your hips and legs, as well as your feet and toes.
Your whole body feeling the relaxation. Feeling how light it has become, and how wonderful and amazing it feels to give yourself the permission to let go and embrace this comfort and relaxation.
While your body relaxes more and more with each breath of your own, just go ahead and closely rest your head against the chest. Feeling the warm, soft and gentle chest.
Instead of listening to any sounds around you, I want you to right now try and allow yourself to only listen to the heartbeat. As if that sound of the heartbeat is the only thing you can hear alongside my words and voice. And as you start to focus closely on the heartbeat, you can feel how it echoes in your mind. Again and again and again. Bouncing inside your mind from side to side, back and forth.
And while its doing that, its slowly and gently clearing, pushing, out your thoughts. More and more with each rhythmic, pulsating, and throbbing heartbeat. As if the beats are pushing your thoughts out of your mind, blanking out your mind steadily. Until youre left completely mindless. Without worries, without stress, without responsibilities. Without thoughts.
While youre simply loosing yourself more and more in the embrace of the hug, listening to the heartbeat while your mind becomes more blank and empty, you simply drop down deeper as well.
Deeper down into the warmth, the safety, as well as comfort and relaxation. Deeper down into the mindless bliss of thoughtlessness.
This embrace of the hug, listening to the steady and rhythmic heartbeat, has become your safespace. Has become your little retreat. Where you right now, you can relax, fully and completely let go, and simply being taken care of. While all the responsibilities and thoughts have vanished for now.
Go ahead, and simply enjoy this peaceful mindlessness and relaxation. Enjoy this comfort, the warmth, the safety and protection. Really absorbing all of those feelings, as much as possible. Letting your whole body and mind be flooded with them.
When I am going to slowly and gently take you out of the trance soon, the following will happen, you will continue to be and stay in this comfortable state of relaxation and mindlessness. Feeling so warm, safe, protected and perfect. And because it feels so good, you want to get as much out of this as you need and want. Which is why, when you are woken out of trance, you will be able to continue to stay in this state of relaxation and mindlessness for as long as you need, want, and desire. Being able to wake up easily and immediately whenever you yourself decide.
And because this felt so good, because it felt so good to be hugged and hiding in the chest, even once you woke up completely and return to your normal life, the warmth, relaxation, comfort, and peace of mind will stay, will continue to fill and comfort as well as strengthen you.
So, you will be woken up now, by slowly being counted up from 0 to 10. Each number making your rise up out of trance more and more, while staying in this blissful mindlessness and relaxation. Once the number 10 is reached, you will be completely awake and out of trance, but you will be able to stay in this state of relaxation and blissful mindlessness which are in right now for as long as you desire after being woken up out of trance.
It may be a minute, maybe 10 or maybe longer. That is completely your decision. And once you decide you want to return to your normal life, you will be able to easily and immediately do so. Knowing that the relaxation, comfort and peace of mind will stay with you for the rest of today in your daily life.
