Proper Kneeling

Todays Task: 

Kneeling seems very easy, seem like everybody will be able to do it without even needing to think about it. But, are you doing it properly? Is your back completely straight? Are your knees together? Your hands in the right place? Your head looking straight foreward? And most importantly, can you hold this proper position for multiple minutes without slacking?

Thats todays task, take at least 10 minutes and try to kneel down as properly as possible and and try to keep the posture and position for 10 minutes.

Additional Enhancements:

To enhance this task, not only kneel once for 10 minutes, but do so 3 times today.
Additionally, you can put on some headphones and listen to a file or repeat mantras to further improve your kneeling.
