Todays Task: 

Being flexible will help out with a lot of different things, from simple health and movement benefits, to being able to try out and enjoy a much bigger variety of fun sex positions. Flexibility is important for your everday life.

Which is why today you will take 2 times 15 minutes to stretch your whole body. Starting at the top with your neck, going down your arms and wrists, to your chest and back as well as hips, followed by legs and ankles. 
If youre not familiar with possible stretches, research them beforehand. 

Additional Enhancements:

Because simply stretching once every 10 years wont actually help you or give you any benefits, its recommended to additionally to doing this task today, to include it in your daily life. This can be done before normal other exercies, each morning after waking up, as an additional daily task etc. whatever helps you to regularly do it.
