Conscious Eating

Todays Task: 

Today your task and goal will be quite simple. Make yourself conscious about what you are eating. Think about the calories, what nutrients might be in the food what you ate. If you ate food with enough nutrients, vitamins etc. the past days. 

Your task is to simply think about it each time you eat somehting or while you are choosing what you eat.

Additional Enhancements:

The enhancement of this task, is to not only think about what you eat, but actually making sure that you eat properly. That instead of fastfood, choosing something with more nutirents, maybe some berries, nuts (yes, sperm is high in protein as well), fruits, vegtables, eggs, milk producs, meat, etc. 

Make a conscious effort to choose what will be the best option for you. Nutrient and calorie wise.
(Also potentially when you eat which food or how much as this can have a big influence on your productivity or performance as well)
