Todays Task: 

Self care doesnt always mean you have to go out of your way to make yourself enjoy something or to be able to let go and relax in a certain specific way. Sometimes, you simply have to make yourself aware of what you already enjoyed.

Which is exactly why tonight, you will take a piece of paper or a notebook and write down 3-5 things which you enjoyed today. It can be something little like the sun or bird chirping, to the reaching of a big goal. 

Additional Enhancements:

In addition to this task, try to not only do so tonight, but also for the following 2 days.

As an enhancement to this task, instead of only writing things down in the evening, write it down once at noon and once in the evening.
