Self Care

Todays Task: 

Making sure that you yourself are in a good space, physically and mentally, is very important. Not only for yourself, but for all your relationships as well. Which is why you will make sure to do some self care today. 

Maybe take a long bath or shower, get a massage, do some meditation, watch your favorite show while eating something nice and simply letting go. 
Take good care of yourself. 

Additional Enhancements:

In addition for todays task, make sure to do something self care wise at least 3 times today. Actually think about what you would want, need, or what you desire to relax and let go.
