Todays Task:
Today you will set some minutes aside to give yourself some well deserved self praise. That means, you will take a piece of paper or note block, and you will write down positive things about yourself. This can be anything from what you achieved today, positive thoughts you had, times when you pushed through, goals you achieved and tasks you finished, standing up for yourself, your outfit today or your looks, and so much more.
Try to be as open as possible.
If you have difficulties finding things, imagine you are looking at yourself from an outside perspective. If you had a friend in need which was exactly like you, and you wanted to help them, what would you tell them?
Additional Enhancements:
If you want to do an extra good job today and help yourself even more, then try to do this task not only once today, but 2 times.
The best times would be noon and evening before going to bed.
