Sex Assisted Workout Exercises

The following will be an example list of possible sex assisted workout exercises.
There are many many more exercises which are possible. This is just a list of common ones which can be used in the beginning and as inspiration for finding your own exercises or variations of those exercises.

Isometric Exercises

Either use a vibrator or insertable sex toy like a small dildo or buttplug. A controllable sex toy will be the best choice.
While doing isometric exercises (Holding a static position like the plank position without moving), activate the vibrator. So that while youre holding the exercise, the toy is active and stimulating you. Once the exercise ends, stop the sexual stimulation as well.

 

 

Jumping

Place nipple clamps or clamps with weight (potentially a metall chain) on yourself. Or if available toys like buttplugs or ben wa balls. 
Then start to do either jumping jacks or jumping rope and enjoy the bouncing feeling and pleasure of gravity.

 

Repetition Exercises

Use a vibrator or other insertable sex toy. Place it inside yourself during your normal workout exercises with repetitions (squads, lunges, push-ups, curls, etc.).
Either you just keep the sex toy inside you during the workout, or if its a controllable one, then you can make it even more delicous. 
Either only turn it on during the exercises to make yourself drip for continuing to do the exercises, or you turn it on during your breaks, making the breaks even more effective and rush of hormones even stronger.

 

Running

Before your run, place a vibrator or other insertable sex toy inside yourself.
If its a non-controllable sex toy, then simply enjoy the feeling of it moving inside you during your run/jog.
If you are able to control it however, you can toy around with it during your run. Maybe the further you get, the stronger the vibration, or the faster you run, the stronger the vibration. Maybe changing the vibration rhythm for different sections of your run.
