The following will be an example list of possible sex workout exercises.
There are many many more exercises which are possible. This is just a list of common ones which can be used in the beginning and as inspiration for finding your own exercises or variations of those exercises.

Mixing workout with pleasure
Deep Squads
Place a dildo, or something similar, down on the ground (preferrably with a suction cup) and lube it up.
Then either vaginally or anally lower yourself down on the dildo.
Once you got comfortable and found your depth, get into a squatting position and start to lower yourself up and down on the dildo.
The best way is to only stay on your feet and bounce up and down with a straight back. If thats too difficult for you, support yourself with your hands.
Pushups
Put down a dildo, or similar sex toy, on the ground (preferred with a suction cup). Your goal is to do push ups and lower yourself down until the dildo slides into your mouth.
You can either do biceps or triceps (Wide or narrow push-ups), depending on what you want to train and can control.
If you are unable to do regular pushups properly, then place your knees down on the ground and do supported push-ups. If even those are too difficult, especially for a lot of repetitions, do almost vertical push-ups against a wall.
Important, with this exercise there is the risk of loosing control of your strength and lowering yourself too far down on the dildo. So AT ALL TIMES, control your strength and never go to failure.
Bounce Ball
This exercise is the most fun and also the simplest.
Get either a gym bouncy ball and put a dildo on it, or directly get one with an implemented dildo.
Now lube it up, sit down on it and start bouncing.
Situp
The goal is to do situps while sliding a dildo, or similar sex toy, into your mouth.
Lay on your back and raise the legs in a 90 degree angle, place a dildo between your legs, keep it there without moving. Then slowly start to do situps and try sliding the dildo into your mouth.
Mid Deep Squads
Place a dildo, or something similar, on a chair or something with similar height (preferrably using a suction cup) and lube it up.
Then either vaginally or anally lower yourself down on the dildo.
Once you got comfortable and found your depth, get into a squatting position and start to lower yourself up and down on the dildo.
The best way is to only stay on your feet and bounce up and down with a straight back. If thats too difficult for you, support yourself with your hands.
If you need rest, you can simply sit down and take a breather.
Bycicle
Safely put and secure a dildo, or similar sex toy, on the seat of your bycicle and lube it up.
Then get on the bike and start to ride the bike.
While doing so, you can either simply sit on the dildo and seat, or while riding the bike move yourself up and down on the dildo.
Curls
The goal of this exercise is to do the movements of dumbell curls, but with a dildo, sliding it into your mouth with each curl.
To do so, the easiest way is to hold a dildo in your hand and if needed add weight to the hand. Do so by either using a dumbell or stepping on a resistance band and holding it in your hand as well.
Keep your back straight and your elbow on the correct height to move the dildo into your mouth without moving the elbow itself.
Bench Press
Similar to the curls, you do the bench press motion with an included dildo, sliding it into your mouth.
Either you connect a dildo to the bar and lower it down or use something similar.
Important, this exercise has the risk of loosing control of your strength and the dildo/or weight going too far down. ALWAYS keep control of your strength and dont push yourself to failure with this exercise.
