31/07/2024The following will be an example list of possible sex idle workout exercises.There are many many more exercises which are possible. This is just a list of common ones which can be used in the beginning and as inspiration for finding your own exercises or variations of those exercises.

Walking
During your casual walk in the park, streets or forest, place a sex toy inside yourself.Possibilities range from dildos, to vibrators and buttplugs to ben wa balls (kegel balls). You can use them vaginally or anally.But you can also use them orally! Take a small dildo or gag, place it into your mouth and then put on a simple mask to cover it.
Stairs/Steps

Mixing your workout with pleasure
We all know and are aware, that exercise and workouts are important aspects for your own physical health. But its not always easy to be or stay motivated. Maybe because of exhaustion, boredom, or the commute to the gym. Which is why today, i want to introduce you to some ideas and inspirations for workout, which can potentially solve many of the common problems you might find yourself in!
And the solution simply is mixing your workout with pleasure. Taking the time of your usual workout or exercise and combining it with the naughty exercise for pleasure. Which, if you are reading this, you probably enjoy yourself as well. And there are multiple different ways you can do so, each containing different exercises and amounts of sexual activity.
The three categories are:
Sex Workout
Sex Asissted Workout
Sex Idle Workout
Each of those categories will be explained, what they mean, contain and how to properly do them. You will also be able to find a link to a list of example exercises in each category.
Sex Workout
What is it:
Sex workout referrs to working out while including direct sexual intercourse. Those activities include oral, vaginal and anal intercourse and can be varied depending on preference or capabilities. The exercises can of course be done with an actual partner, but the focus will be on the use of sex toys, simply for the reason of acessability, ease of use and also safety.
That means, during your workout and exercises you will be using sex toys (commonly a dildo or dildo vibrator) for insertion and penetration.
Examples:
One of the easiest to understand exercises are deep squads on a dildo.You simply place a dildo (preferrably with a suction cup) on the ground. Then you lower yourself onto it (vaginally or anally) until you are in a deep squatting position and of course only as far down as your comfort allows it. Once you did so, you slowly start to raise yourself up and down, starting to do squads on the dildo. Now, there are many variations. You can either do the squads while staying on the dildo, or raise yourself up further and insert it again.

Sex Asissted Workout
What is it:
While the previous exercises contained full on sexual intercourse during workouts and exercises, sex assisted workouts or exercises refer to those which only contain sexual help or stimulation, but not direct sexual intercourse or penetration.
Some of the sex toys which could be used are nipple clamps, small vibrators or ben wa balls (kegel balls). Yes, you might now argue, that using ben wa balls is still inserting something into yourself. And youre right, but its not direct sexual intercourse and can be used in many different ways and places where dildos or big dildo vibrators wouldnt be usable. Which is why those are in a direct seperate category.
Examples:
A perfect example would be isometric exercises (holding a position with contacting muscles without visable or wanted movement). For our example we will use the push-up position and a small vibrator. With this exercise, you insert the vibrator and get into the neutral push-up position. Once youre in that position, you turn on the vibrator and hold the position without the knees touching the ground. Hold the position for your desired time, then rest. BUT, during resting the vibrator is turned off.
Combining the exercise with arousal/sexual stimulation will make you look forward to your next repetition and motivating you to hold it even longer. It might even cause some conditioning if done often and long enough.
Another good example is using a ben wa balls (weighted balls inside silicone) during jogging or similar running exercises. You will still be able to move, but you will also be feeling pleasure. (You can use a vibrator in this example as well)
Usage:

While there are much less risks with smaller objects like vibrators during workouts compared to using big dildos, you still should make sure to stay safe.Because your body was not originally designed to be running while a semi-hard or hard object is inside of yourself. Not vaginally and even less anally. Which is why its recommended to try it out at home in your safe place. See if moving with the vibrator or ben wa balls hurts in any way. If it do so, stop immediately.
Also be on the lookout for potential cramps or other problems during your exercises. Start slow and calm, then step by step work yourself up more and more towards harder and more difficult exercises while using sex toys.

Sex Idle Workout
What is it:
Idle workout might sound weird in the beginning, but its actually quite simple. Most often workout is associated with intense physical exercises, which is very much helpful and needed for maintaining a healthy and fit body (the intensitiy of the exercise is depending on the person however), but often the daily activities are overlooked. Like walking or going up the stairs.
Those usually dont seem like much, but can be very beneficial for you. Especially when working on loosing weight.
Now, how do you connect it with sex? You do just what you did before, you use sex toys during normal activities throughout your daily life. Walking and cleaning around the house, in office while moving around. Even while sitting. And the amazing part of it is, not only are you exercising and enjoying yourself without investing extra time, but youre also not limited too much with sex toys. Because dildos and running are difficult to combine. But sitting while your dildo is inside of you or very slowly walking is absolutely no problem.
Examples:
Some examples were already given. Walking while you have a buttplug or dildo inside yourself is the easiest and simplest way of doing sex idle workouts. Isometric Exercises
Either use a vibrator or insertable sex toy like a small dildo or buttplug. A controllable sex toy will be the best choice.While doing isometric exercises (Holding a static position like the plank position without moving), activate the vibrator. So that while youre holding the exercise, the toy is active and stimulating you. Once the exercise ends, stop the sexual stimulation as well.
Jumping

Deep Squads
Place a dildo, or something similar, down on the ground (preferrably with a suction cup) and lube it up.Then either vaginally or anally lower yourself down on the dildo.Once you got comfortable and found your depth, get into a squatting position and start to lower yourself up and down on the dildo. The best way is to only stay on your feet and bounce up and down with a straight back. If thats too difficult for you, support yourself with your hands.
Pushups
Put down a dildo, or similar sex toy, on the ground (preferred with a suction cup). Your goal is to do push ups and lower yourself down until the dildo slides into your mouth. You can either do biceps or triceps (Wide or narrow push-ups), depending on what you want to train and can control.If you are unable to do regular pushups properly, then place your knees down on the ground and do supported push-ups. Bounce Ball
This exercise is the most fun and also the simplest.Get either a gym bouncy ball and put a dildo on it, or directly get one with an implemented dildo. Now lube it up, sit down on it and start bouncing.
Situp
The goal is to do situps while sliding a dildo, or similar sex toy, into your mouth.Lay on your back and raise the legs in a 90 degree angle, place a dildo between your legs, keep it there without moving. Then slowly start to do situps and try sliding the dildo into your mouth.
Mid Deep Squads
